Tariff

All rooms are £65 per room based on two people inclusive of a Traditional Full Breakfast

Single occupancy £50 per night.

Weekly rates, dinner bed & breakfast rates available upon request.

Terms of Booking

Fernbank as a small business relies on a lot of trust with its customer base.

If you make a reservation with us we take contact details and trust that you will arrive as agreed.

If for any reason your circumstances prevent you from honouring your reservation we ask that you grant us the courtesy of letting us know as soon as possible so the room may be re-let.

Deposits

In busy periods or for long stays you may be asked for a deposit to secure your accommodation.

Cancellation Policy

Should you unfortunately need to cancel your reservation and a deposit has been taken our terms are as follows :
4 weeks plus notice full refund
3 weeks 75%
2 weeks 50%

One week to 24 hours No refund
